Two Section Timber Sliding Loft Ladder

This two section timber ladder is 360mm wide spring counter balanced ladder with 75mm treads & sides.

• It is suitable for general/regular storage. It comes complete with a pole, trap catch & hinges.
• Suits vertical loft floor to landing heights of 2.43m-3.0m. Min. trap 560mm x 450mm, 1550mm clearance behind the trap in the loft & 1050mm vertically in the loft.
• This ladder has an optional Aluminium handrail, @ £17.79 available seperately.
• Manufactured to BS7553 1992 Class H, with a Maximium load of 150Kg.
