FS3 Series Steel Loft Ladder (Horizontal format)

These loft ladders come in either Zinc plated or a fully painted finish, complete with twin handrails.
Tallest models are fitted with an elaborate spring mechanism for total control when opening and closing.

  • Counterbalance trapdoor springs for ease of use.
  • 420mm overall ladder width.
  • Punched steel 100mm non-slip treads.

Piccolo Concertina Loft Ladder - Spring Assisted

Light weight and robust, the Piccolo Concertina Loft Ladder
range utilise a slim line design and have the added benefit of counterbalanced spring operation.

NEW TOP OPERATING FACILITY  AVAILABLE

 

All ladders have a standard tread depth of 80mm and tread width of 330mm
Designed to suit openings from 580mm x 420mm and with a concertina configuration, the Piccolo Premium is an excellent access choice for even the tightest of loft spaces. Optional handrails are available.

This loft ladder now comes with a top operating pole, so access can be reached via the upper floor - Lowering and raising from above. Please call for more details.
