A space saving loft ladder that sits above the trap door on a spring assisted carriage and fits openings down to 600mm x 500mm.

All three Concertina models operate as a scissor action motion and does not need any loft space to store away! They both have deep 80mm treads and comes complete with a spring assisted cradle for an easier operation. These ladders are available for use in domestic locations where storage is restricted. All three versions of these Concertina models conform to EN14975
